Hello doctor .. Please ans my queries 1. After my workout at 8pm i take 1.5scoop of whey isolate protien shake.. Should i eat dinner after that and if yes what would u reccomend?? 2. I love eating sweet things.. How many times a week can i eat a dessert and like what? 3. Do bananas had with milk make u fat? 4. Can curd b eaten at night? I am 21yr old female, height 173.7cm, weight 52.4kgs

Read your prob, you should do work out at morning hrs then it helps you a lot, n you get desire effact early. if you do work out at eve hrs then you should get you dinner after 2 hrs of work out. you should take sweets or desert onces a wk as it contain more calories. banana with milk is not cause of fat accumulation , banana contain carbohydrate n calcium, if you want to be fat free then avoid it. curd should not take at night as it has more protine contain which cant be easily diagestable at night.
