General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are experiencing warm feeling in the toes, its random and occurs intermittently. Your symptoms may be indicative of nutritional deficiencies. When the body cannot absorb nutrients, then the risk of nerve damage increases and may cause symptoms of warm feeling or hot feet. You are suggested to take food rich in folate, vitamin B6, B12. You can also take supplements. Medical conditions like hypothyroidism and diabetic neuropathy may also manifest similar symptoms.

You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP / neurologist. Get blood tests done to detect current level of blood glucose (F/PP), T3, T4, TSH, Nerve conduction velocity tests, etc. You will be accordingly treated. Stay away from stress and addictions if any. Common cause of hot feet is excessive alcohol intake, it leads to nerve damage, alcoholic neuropathy. Hot or burning feet may be indicative of AIDS or late stage HIV infection. Get STD tests done. Get treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
