What Does Ultrasound As Multicyst Ovary Suggest?

i have had my ultrasound and the impression : is normal-sized anteverted uterus with thick and intact endometrium
multicystic right ovary.corpus luteum, left ovary.no adnexal masses seen..what does it mean.. and i have my irregular menstration 3 to 4months...thanks..
