What Does Triangular Opaque Shadow In Mid Lung Suggest?
I am 58 year old, suffering from persistant cough for last three months, x ray shows a triangular opaque shadow in mid lung right side which is persistant for three months. Treatment taken,culture is negative, bronchoscopy normal tb tests normal advise further way

Bronchoscopy and culture are negative for infection like TB. So better to get done CECT thorax (CT scan with contrast).
