What Does This X-ray Report Of Chest Mean?

The result of the chest ( apico-lordotic view) x-ray of my friend says, Few fibronodular densities in the right apex. This may relate to PTB. kindly correlate clinically. No other remarkable findings. What is the meaning of the findings and what should be done?

The chest x-ray findings are suggestive of tuberculosis which needs further evaluation by your doctor like CBC, sputum examination, ESR, and a montoux test to confirm tuberculosis.
