What Does This X-ray Report Mean?

dear doc my xray report say following
There are fibrohazed densities seen in both upper lobes
Hazy densities are seen in the left lower lobe
normal heart shadow
Diaphragm, sinuses, visualized osseous structures and soft tissues are intact

Impression: minimal PTB, both upper lobes pheumonia, left lower lobe

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

There are opacities in the lungs which are indicative of a lung infection. It is important to know your clinical symptoms and if you are coughing with blood in sputum. The diagnosis can be pneumonia due to bacterial infection or tuberculosis. You may need to consult a chest physician and get further tests to rule out tuberculosis. Medications need to be taken and you will recover fast.
