What Does This Urine Analysis Report Indicate?

Hi! I'm 27 y/o, male, I could feel some tingling sensation after I urinate, been going on for 2 days now, like there still urine left inside the tract even if I've already urinated all and nothing is coming out, its not painful and irritating at all, my urinalysis results as follows, color:dark yellow, transparency: slightly turbid, reaction: 5.0, spec.gravity: 1.025, protein: trace, pus cells: 2-3/hpf,
RBC: 35-40/hpf
can you be kind enough to interpret this results, your immediate response is appreciated..

Urologist 's  Response
Hi.
Though pus cells in urine r normal, RBCs r high. Other findings uin urine routine r fine. Turbidity could be due to increased rbcs.
Sudden onset symptoms with tingling sensation at end of micturition with rbcs in urine...These could be due to urinary stone disease, probably in lower ureter or bladder or urethra. Also it can be due to infection. hence u need urine culture and CT KUB and urethra. Other rare cause in your age group with his pic of urine routine could be malignancy or renal medical disease. CT KUB will be useful. If infection or stone disease is found appropriate treatment is required. Plz review with reports.
