Neurologist 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. The ultrasound report you have mentioned depicts bilateral enlarged ovaries, most likely due to PCOS. Moreover, the endometrium is also thick, because of delay in periods.
There is also a haemorrhagic cyst in right ovary of 1.9 cm, which can be because of associated endometriosis.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get proper treatment in the form of cyclical hormonal pills to induce period, and to follow the cyst with serial ultrasound. To assess the size of the cyst.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
