General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It states that the prostate is normal in size.

Part of the urethra (the tube through with urine and semen pass through), is in the prostate.
There is a small indentation in the prostatic urethra called the utricle. This is normally present.

In some persons, this area can be wider than normal forming a cyst. In your case, they note that it is small.
This may not be associated with symptoms or cause problems in many persons.

It would only be treated if problems occur.

I hope this helps
