General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, though no gross renal pathology is present still increased echogenecity needs to be evaluated, further.

Though creatinine is borderline but higher for his age, and must be evaluated for renal parenchymal disease and 24 hour protien estimation may be needed. Renal biopsy may also be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
