Hello, thanks for writing in.
The pelvic ultrasound report shows-
1. Fundal fibroids- size and location wont hamper fertilization.
2. Subcentimeter sized follicles- this is commonly seen in polycystic ovaries. However some normal ovaries reveal this pattern too.
3. 10mm follicle on the right- correlate with day of cycle. Normally a follicle grows in every cycle and ruptures at midcycle.

There does not seem to be anything very abnormal in your report.
I would recommend you do a follicle monitoring study, starting day 8 of your cycle, to see follicular growth and ovulation. You can try to conceive around this period.
A basic blood test for hormonal levels can also be done.
If your menstrual cycle is regular and there is no hormonal imbalance, chances of pregnancy are good.
Eat a healthy diet and exercise.
Kindly write in with any doubts. Take care.
