General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, majority of babies who have a single umbilical artery have no defects. If the ultrasound shows no other fetal abnormalities and be born healthy.you better discuss with your doctor and they usually do monthly growth scans to monitor your baby growth
Breech presentation in which baby buttocks and feet present at your pelvis side,in most of the cases by 36 weeks baby to be turned to head down position.
