Hallow Dear,

Your report does not mention the facts completely.

It has mentioned that there may be a blood clot in the uterine quality. However, it does not mention any thing about the pregnancy, baby, foetal heart sounds nor placenta.

If it is that big blood clot inside the uterine cavity during pregnancy, it suggests that the placenta has separated quite a bit. It will be difficult to save this pregnancy.

Please correlate these findings with the foetal integrity and presence or absence of pregnancy.

Please take your Obstetrician's opinion. Waiting at home is not advisable.

I am sure I have guided you sufficiently.
