hi. . i didn't have any history of having tuberculosis. i have a medical and xray every year since college and as i work in my first job.as i went to the laboratory to get my result it says that i have calcific densities in my left upper lobe. is that dangerous?how can I cure it?
Calcified densities in left upper lobe is not dangerous at all.It must be sequel of past infection. Infection heals by fibrosis and calcification. This condition doesn't require any treatment unless it is so severe that it compromises pulmonary functions. Hope I have answered your question.
