What Does This Pelvic Scan Report Indicate?

I am 35 female my scan showed uterus is AVF & bulky L=20, antopost-11, trans=18 cm. corpus studed by numerous variable sized intramural subserous and subserous myomata,more at posterior wall. largest is posterior wall midcorporal indeting the endometrium and outbulging from uterine contour, measuring 9*8*8 cm, no cuystoic degeneration or calcification, cervix average size no masses, endometrium is indented yet intact 6mm thick.ovaries ok, no free fluid in cal de sac. do I have to go for surury is there a risk if i don't do operation??? I am not married and not intending so.
