What Does This Ovulation Study Result While Having PCOS And Mild Endometriosis Indicate?

hello Doctor, I have done ovulation study on day 11 my size was 15 and after that on day 13 it increased to 22 and doc given injection of hcg day before yesterday but yesterday till 2pm ovulation not occurred? is it normal ?how come size increases randomly and I have pcos type problem and mild endometrisis . will it cause to frequent cysts ?

hi,
PCOD follicles r very small in size and ur follicle is 22mm which is a good follicle size , HCG is given to rupture the follicle to release the egg , some time it may take time to rupture or need to increase dose , size increase is normal and more so when on on follicular stimulation
