Hello,
I had gone through your reports and i appreciate your concern for your health.
I hope this lipid profile reports are with fasting blood, because only fasting blood can give you correct idea about lipid profile. If it was not fasting, then please repeat the tests with 12 hour fasting blood.
Coming to your reports, your TG is on border line, while your cholesterol is on the higher side. HDL is normal, but it should be increased upto 60, which is good for health. LDL seems high and anything above 130 is a risk factor for coronary heart disease.
As you said, you live a sedentary life style, i would suggest you few life style modifications to improve your health. I have so many patients with such reports, so i would suggest you to do regular walking of at least 20 minutes, avoid oily and processed junk food, eat healthy food including fruits and green leafy vegetables, etc.
If i were your treating doctor, i would also prescribe you to take statin group of drug daily. As this is a prescription medicine, i suggest you to go to the local physician and confirm it. Stick to these life style modifications for 3 to 4 months with statin group of drug and repeat the tests again with fasting blood.
You can come back to me after 3 months with reports like lipid profile, creatinine, ECG, Fasting blood sugar. I will guide you further. Hope this will help you and wish you a very good health.
