What Does This Ct Scan Report Mean?

Looking at a pathology, or reprt of a ct scan. follow up of Malignant Phyllodes. ** There are subcentimeter para-aortic and iliac lymph nodes (similiar to prior exam) Also: a focal sclerotic lesion within the sacrum on the left. Can you clarify in laymens terms. Thank you,

Hello and welcome to HCM,
As you have mentioned that there is prior history of malignant phyllodes tumor of breast.
A breast tumor with malignant potential has great ability or propensity to metastasize to regional lymph nodes or distant sites.
Enlarged para-aortic and iliac lymph nodes could be due to metastatic deposits.
An aspiration cytology of the lymph node may be required to assess the nature and origin of the lesion.
After imagine studies, further management will be planned after .
