What Does This Chest X-ray Report Mean?
Hi im 37 years old , I got already my chest xray result, the findings is complimentary ALV shows fibroid in the right upper lobe , can you explain this kind of result. Every Annual Physical Examination in our company the result of my x ray always Apico lordotic view, so repeat xray again.

Apico lordotic view is a special view to visualize apical areas because apical area is overlapped by many bony structures like clavicle,bony ribs.
Report shows fibrosis in right upper zone.Fibrosis is sequel of infection and it is formed during healing process of infection.It doesn't require any treatment unless it compromises pulmonary functions.
So,findings are not serious at all.
