What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

Hi, I had a recent blood test. Most readings are normal, except a few. Below I indicate some of the normal as well as important readings. Is there something wrong? Any response will be deeply appreciated. MCH 33.3 (high) (range 27.0-33.3) RDW 15.4 (high) (range 11.0 - 15.0%) Bilirubin 0.7 (normal) (range 0.2-1.2) ALP 39 (Low) (range 40-115) AST 16 (Normal) (range 10-35) ALT 17 (Normal) (range 9-46) Lipase 79 (High) (range 7-60) Amylase 123 (High) (range 21-101) What bothers me is the last two readings. The last two were done about 4 months after the other readings, in a separate blood test, Thanks for any help in advance.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Lipase and amylase are normally done to take a look at the pancreas particularly if pancreatitis is suspected.

If you have symptoms that may be related to pancreatitis then your doctor can treat it appropriately.

You can consider repeating the test in a few weeks if there are no symptoms to see if they are normal.

I hope this helps
