Welcome to Health care magic.

1.After going through the report things to concern are amniotic fluid is less for the foetus age ( gestational age) which needs attention and treatment.
2.A small disparity of more than 2 weeks difference between FL - femur length and BPD - bi-parietal diameter. I would recommend foetal doppler in this situations.
3.Rest of the parameters appears normal to the gestational age.
4.LMP would have been helpful. And your anomaly scan is normal according to the report.
5.This kind of situation i would recommend a regular followup scans with treatment for oligo-hydrmonas.
6.Breech presentation is also worrisome but since its only 25 weeks position can be changed over the period. Good luck, take care.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
