General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to lumbar spine disc slip or nerve entrapment due to structural deformation. I suggest taking a neurosurgeon review and get CT scan or MRI films for any neurosurgical management whether surgical or supportive. Meanwhile, OTC analgesics like Acetaminophen along with muscle relaxants like Tizaindine etc may be helpful. Also Gabapentin can be helpful for symptomatic relief.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
