Hi,

MRI reports should be viewed with respect to the symptoms of the patient so kindly let me know what are your symptoms, duration of symptoms, age, gender, weight, and height!
1. Marrow signal should be viewed with a suspicion and further investigation recommended. May indicate swelling in the bone marrow of the vertebra.
2. Moderate disc degeneration with mild to moderate disc protrusion eccentric to left at L3-L4. Nothing to worry about but MRI image will further help me out.
3. Mild disc bulging at L4-5 and some degree at L5-S1. Again, nothing to worry about but MRI image will further help me out.
4. Broad Schmorl's node impinging upon the inferior end plate of L3. Schmorl's nodes are usually asymptomatic and an incidental finding.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Deep Singh, General Surgeon
