can you tell me the following from my recent mri means- l4/5 there is an annular tear along the posterocentral margin of the disc?

l3/4 there is a probable tiny tear along the left paracentral margin of the disc without focal protrusion?

l5/s1 level there is a annular tear along the posterocentral margin of the disc where there is a small protrusion?
