What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

I suffer from sesiccation and bulging of the intervertebral disc. at L3-L4 at L4-L5 degenerative disc desease with posterolateral spurring on the left this narrows the neural foramen bilaterally, .left greater than the right. This combination is causing mild left side foraminal stenosis. At L5-S1 there is disc desiccation. there is a broad-base central disc protrusion which extends inferiorly a short distance behind the s-1 vertebral body. This indents the thecal sac anteriorly and abuts the S1 nerve roots bilaterally. Degenerative disc disease, Ther are bulging discs at L3-L4 and L4-L5. At L4-L5 ther is mild left sided foraminal stenosis. At L3-L4 there is mild right-sided foraminal stenosis. Mild compression fracture superior endplate of L2 with no acute bony abnormalities. My question is am I a good candidate for surgery
