Mainly caused by bacterial infection like causative agents E. coli. Pus cells and occasional bacteria more suggesting towards infection. You should consult a physician for further management. But before that you should go for culture and sensitivity test of urine, total blood count, blood glucose estimation. Maintain local hygiene, drink more water and cranberry juice.
