What Does These Ultrasound Report Of 5 Week Pregnancy Indicate?

I had gone for my ultrasound today and TVA report shows the following
Single intrauterine gestation sac with irregular outline with yolk sac and small fetal pole seen
No embryonic activity seen
lMP 15th Oct 2013, clinic kcal MA 9weeks 2 days
MSD 19.5 mm. 5 weeks 6 days of gestation
I have been suggested to abort.
Pls advice

According to your LMP you should develope foetal pole with heartbeat by this time.
here the foetal pole is small,with irregular sac.
it is missed abortion.
you should undergo termination of pregnancy.
