What Does There Is No Evidence Of Calculus Or Mass Indicate?

65 year old lady, uterus atrophic 4.5*2 cm, anteverted, no mass lesions seen, few coarse myometrial calcifications noted. entometrial thickness 2mm with normal limit.

urinary bladder normally distended, normal contour, duffuse wall thickening up to 8mm, urine shows few internal echoes and sedimented debris. there is no evidence of calculus or mass. pre void 200 ml. no significant post void residual urine.

Its normal thing. In old age due to high chances of malignancy radiologist specifically mention about mass lesion present or not. And other findings in your report is nothing but the age related changes in your organs. And its also normal to not have calculus.
