What Is The Report Saying When Both Kidneys Show Raised Cortical Echogenicity And No Evidence Of Calculus Hydronephrosis?

please tell me whar report is saying. RIGHT KIDNEY- is normal in size (8.3 x 2.0cm) and shows raised cortical echogencity. Cortico medullary differentiation is dimished. There is no evidence of calculus hydronephrosis/ mass lesion. No perinephrie collection noted. Ureter is not dilated. LEFT KIDNEY- is normal in size (8.3 x 4.1 cm) and shows raised cortical echogeneity. Cortico medullary differentiation is lost. There is no evidence of calculus hydronephrosis/ mass lesion. No perinephric collection noted. Ureter is not dilated. URINARY BLADDER- is empty. Minimal fluid is seen in the abdomen cavity.
