What Does The Semen Test Results Mean?
Hi Faizan here. Can ypu tell me results for following siemens analysis Quantity - 4 ml, color opaque white,ligufication 30 min,viscosity - viscous , PH - Alkaline Total Count 65 million/ml Abnormal Forms 40% Motility 55% , Active 35% and Sluggish 20% Non motile 45% Pus cells 2-4 RBC occasional Spermatogenic cells 1-2 so pls advise....

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by the presence of pus cells in semen. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Rest of the findings like count,motility,morphology are within normal limit.
