just want to ask impression for this normal size kidneys with parenchymal disease mild bilateral ureteropelvocaliectasia, extent and etiolofy is not ascertained. significantly distended urinary bladder with debris and significant postvoid residual urine

Thanks for writing in.

You might be having an infection in the bladder which can ascend to the kidneys. There is suspected mild hold up of urine in the kidneys. with suggestion of kidney disease. It can also be that you are having kidney infection reaching the bladder. It might require further tests like urine culture and serum creatinine and blood urea to know the exact functioning and organisms causing infection. Please follow your doctors suggestions.
