Hi,

Epithelial cells and pus cells can be present in small amount in urine. 3-5 pus cells don't indicate any pathology.

But red blood cells in urine not normal and you have to rule out any underlying cause if present.

For that investigate with urine culture and USG abdomen and pelvis to rule out infective and stone etiology.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
