I have gone through your urine report. It does suggest some infection. Please get your urine tested for culture and sensitivity. The culture will grow the organisms responsible for infection and will identify them while the sensitivity will test those organisms against many antibiotics. Depending upon to which antibiotics they are sensitive, the treatment can be planned. Urine infection, particularly during pregnancy needs a treatment for longer period and requires to be taken for may be up to 3 cycles or so. If untreated it may lead to many complications like high blood pressure also. So do not ignore and take the proper treatment as prescribed by your obstetrician. Drinking plenty of water along with the antibiotics overcome will help you the infection .
