The uterus is bulky and arteverterl with multiple vroid masses with recurrent shadowing indicative of myomata, seen in the myoetrium with their sizes ranging between 2ax31mm and 31x24mm in the posterior wall. the endometrial plate is not visualized. Both ovarien and adrexae are within normal limits. The punch of Dunglar is free of fluid. my question is what is actually wrong with me is it i have fibroid or what
