What Does The Lump On Penis Shaft After A Surgery For Hypospadias Indicate?

Hello,

My 4 year old boy has a lump on his penis shaft. He had surgery for hypospadias and was also circumcised, but the lump has no connection to the operation, being located laterally. I thing he used to have a very small lump there previously, but it suddenly became larger. It has the color of the skin. What could it be?
