How Can One Confirm If They Are Pregnant By Interpreting An Ultrasound Scan?

Pls I tested that I was pregnant some weeks ago and I heard vaginal bleeding for three days, I went for a pelvic scan,these was the result in which I don t understand if the pregnant is still there or not : Uterus :normal in size and anteverted,the outline is regular,the myometrial echotexture is homogeneous and normal, no cyesis or retained products seen. Ovary:they show normal stromal echotexture, no cyst or mass seen Adnexae/P.O.D:both are free with no fluid collection seen. Pls what those it mean

Hello welcome to the health care magic

Your USG scan is normal as per mentioned history and details.

For rule out pregnancy initially blood hcg test can be done

Trenexemic acid can be given for five days for vaginal bleeding..

If bleeding still Continue than further work up needed like PT, APTT, CBC, d&c like investigations
