Dear sir. I want to know the meaning of this in upper abdomin ultrasound findings. Its my friend s report. Kindly tell me its meaning. Also tell me what should he eat to overcome from it. Liver appears slightly hypoechoic .. intrahepatic biliary ducts are not dilated.

it is a very non specific report. hyopecheoic liver maybe seen in hepatitis.
i suggest you tell the patient to get his LFT's done.
