General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

These are slight enlargement of the liver is there. However, there are no definite signs of cirrhosis is lacking. Most probably it might be due to alcohol. Consult a gastroenterologist for expert opinion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
