What Does The Following Test Report Signify?

On my diagnosis paper work copy from my GI doc surgeon (who doesn t care for me much ) tells me there is nothing wrong with me...the paper says; Pancreatic parenchymal abnormalities were noted in the entire pancreas. These consisted of hyperechoic strands, hyperechoic foci, Pancreatic parenchymal abnormalities consisting of hyperechoic strands,hyperechoic foci and lobularity were noted in the entire pancreas. Could represent early chronic pancreas appear to be out of proportion to EUS findings , suspect pterodactyl may have functional abdominal pain. Recommendations Low fat diet , no alcohol Mira lax daily pretty constipation

Hi,

You are suffering from chronic pancreatitis. In minor cases, the best approach is to restrict fatty meals.

Take more frequent lighter meals and over-the-counter amylase and digestive preparations.
