Hello and welcome to HCM,
The lipid profile which was done previously shows normal total cholesterol, low HDL, elevated LDL and normal triglycerides.
After 4 months, total cholesterol has increased, HDL is still low, LDL is still high and triglyceride is increased.
The treatment that you are taking is to increase levels of HDL, however, it has not worked.
You need to consult your physician for management.
Initially life style modifications are required to lower total cholesterol, LDL and triglycerides.
Exercising, high fiber diet, less processed and fatty foods, less salt are life style modifications required.
HDL can be increased by including omega 3 fatty acids, fish, flax seeds in diet.
If levels of LDL, triglycerides and total cholesterol still remain high, drugs may be required.

Thanks and take care
