General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Thank You for contacting HCM.
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
My name is Dr Muhammad Ahmad & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way.

I will indicate abnormal things in your urine with a STAR then i will tell you what does it mean

Colour Yellow
Appearance Clear
pH 6.0 4.5 - 8.0
Protein Negative g/L
Glucose Negative mmol/L
Ketones Negative
Hemoglobin A TRACE
Nitrite Negative
*****Leukocytes A LARGE
Urine Microscopic
*****WBC A 30+ 0-3 per HPF
*****RBC A 4-10 0-3 per HPF
*****Epithelial Cells Moderate per HPF

Conclusion:
(1) You have a urinary tract infection.
(2)RBC also indicate that this infection may be due to a stone in your urine system.

Advice:
1-If i were your doctor i would start you on antibiotics (Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice a day)
2- And ask you to get an Ultrasound KUB done with full bladder
3- Urine culture sensitivity if possible.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow
up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us.
Wishing you good health
