What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Hi, i am 29 year old female and had a chest xray recently and the result is fibrotic strands on left apical lung, what does it mean? Is it an indication of pulmonary TB? I have a yearly chest xray and all had normal findings. I am never been ill and no vices. Thank you!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
fibrosis means scarring on the lung tissue in an attempt to repair itself from possibly a recent infection maybe pneumonia or possibly from long standing asthma. does not necessarily mean TB.if you have no clinical signs of TB then mostly unlikely it is.cough, productive ,night sweats and loss of appetite and weight are the warning signs you should look out for
