Hi, dear.
I have gone through your report. I can understand your concern. Your FNAC suggest you have reactive lymphnode enlargement. It may be due to some infection in draining area.
No any evidence of tuberculosis or malignancy is there.
So no need to worry. Just be relaxed. You just need a course of antibiotics.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
