Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Your daughter has the cfollowing conditions in the heart.
1. Coarctation and re coarctation of aorta. This is a narrowing in the diameter of aorta at a particular level in the proximal portion of aorta which is a blood vessel supplying blood away from the heart/

2. Bicuspid aortic valve. This is a minor structural variability in the number of leaflets in aortic valve. Usually it should have 3 leaflets. This is a common condition.

3. Moderate concentric aortic stenosis. At the aortic valve there is narrowing in the region and this may affect blood flow across the valve.

4. Moderate LVH. This is hypertrophy of the left ventricle, one of the heart chambers. This is due to the flow abnormalities in the aorta.

5. Tiny PFO. This is a small patent foramen ovale which is a very small communication between chambers of heart and commonly referred to as hole in the heart.
