General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The X-ray report must be co related with the symptoms and physical signs elicited by the clinician. Though there is not enough information needed, I can guide here that the granuloma can be caseating or non caseating happens in various sets of clinical conditions such as tuberculosis, sarcoidosis or others. If it is not part of cavitary lesion of lung, it is not communicable. However, I would be eager to assist you further from this step if you can provide me photo shots of your reports please.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
