Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
hi chest x-ray calsific density , heart is not enlarge, diaphram sinuses and visualized osseous structures are intact.. impression ..granuloma, right apex what do you mean by that is that communicable did they allow the doctor to go and work abroad thank you
The X-ray report must be co related with the symptoms and physical signs elicited by the clinician. Though there is not enough information needed, I can guide here that the granuloma can be caseating or non caseating happens in various sets of clinical conditions such as tuberculosis, sarcoidosis or others. If it is not part of cavitary lesion of lung, it is not communicable. However, I would be eager to assist you further from this step if you can provide me photo shots of your reports please.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
