What Does My Chest X-ray Test Result Indicate?

I had a chest x ray and the results is:
Clear lung fields.
Heart is not enlarge.
The rest of the visible chest structures is intact.

IMPRESSION: NORMAL CHEST.

REMARKS: PLEASE CORRELATE CLINICALLY.

What is correlate clinically means according to the results of my x ray?

I have gone through your Chest X-ray report. It is completely normal. Co-relate clinically means to refer to your local physician so as to compare your xray findings to your medical history and clinical evaluation along with reports of other diagnostic tests (if any performed). This is just to make a diagnosis of the symptoms you must be experiencing for which you had this chest xray in the first place. There is no need to worry at the moment.
