General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* There can be possible tissue growth via chronic inflammation, calculus fragments embedded in the submucosa portion of the urethra or rarely urethral tumors as well.
* Best therapy till today is laser excision with biopsy of the specimen to decide histo pathology status of the condition and further care if required after reports.

Do feel free to get further medical assistance through the website.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
