What Does The Blood Test Report Mean And How Can It Be Corrected?
Hello, ia m 35 and have three children, youngest is 8,5 yrs, I have results from test from the gynogologist I do not understand well and make me worried: TSH 5.8 / T3 116.00 / T4 7.40 Red bloodcel counts 5850 Haemoglobin 10.1 (70%) Ultra sound: enlarged uterus with thick endometrium (14.7 mm in size) Small collection in POD region.
Can you please let me know what is the meaning and what kind of medicen are most likely needed.????
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern. TSH=Thyroid stimulating Hormones 5.8 is tested value and this is little high and this need to be tested again with other parameters like free T3 and free T4 T3 and T4 are thyroid hormone and 7.4o and 116.0 are their respective tested values and this is in normal range, hemoglobin is also okay, red blood cell count is also okay( clinically has got no much importance ), POD= pouch of dauglas this is small portion just near the uterus and this is always being filled and it is absolutely normal, (Certain medical words and their explanation makes the patients more panic ) hope this could help you understanding you reports take care and have nice day.
