What Does The Blood Test For Hepatitis B Suggest And Is Hepantivir The Right Medication?

please i have been diagnosed with hepatitis B just this last week. My blood test showed the following
HbsAg-positive,HbsAb-negative, HbeAg-negative, HbeAb- positive, HbcAb-positive. is it an acute or chronic infection? My doctor has prescribe hepantivir. is it the right drug to take?

Hepatitis B virus viral has to be done then only medication can be started. if the viral load is less than 10,000 IU/ml treatment is not required. family members have to be vaccinated with HBV vaccine
