What Does The MRI Suggest?

My MRI report 1.grade1 signal changes along the posterior horn of medial meniscus 2.focal area of chondral loss along articular margin of patela with few subchondral cysts and early marginal osteophytes suggestive of mild degenerative arthritic changes

This MRI is suggestive of tear of your meniscus which is a cushion like structure, and tear is at early stage. I would suggest you to show it to arthroscopy surgeon as you might need surgery for it. It will be a small procedure and patient can walk from very next day. You should avoid walking fast or running.
